Get Big, Get Tuff

When I was growing up, I was always a scrawny little kid with no friends and the confidence of a cockroach.  When I got into college, I took a weightlifting class and I started bulking up and it changed my perspective on life.

Now I’m fit and stronger than ever.  In addition to working out everyday, I also maintain a well balanced, low carb diet.  Part of this is that I have to take bodybuilding supplements to ensure that I’m not robbing by body of any nutrients since I lift all the time.
